Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
Molecular Culture® Microbiota has been used extensively in researching on Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Large cohorts of children and adults in different phases of their disease (exacerbation/remission) have been performed. Moreover, as an outcome of the MODAPEP project, inbiome developed a test for research purposes that is paving the way for doctors to identify patients susceptible to an exacerbation in time to treat the disease before the symptoms flare up.
